Daniel O’Sullivan – President/CEO of Interactive Digital, New York.

As the principal author of the Adaptive Technology blog, I have over 20 years of experience in telecommunications at Lucent and as an Entrepreneur and Scientist at my own technology startups.

I have an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering from the Dublin Institute of Technology in Ireland and a Masters in Computer Science from the Polytechnic Institute of New York University.

I love innovation and have a passion for problem solving and creating and developing new ideas. I have received several patents and more than a dozen Fortune 500 companies including technology, telecom and IT organizations, major airlines, government agencies and public transportation companies have licensed these technologies.

I am currently working on innovative ways to use Adaptive Technology to improve efficiency in telecommunications, interactive voice response systems and human-computer interaction. I have seen the frustration callers have with todays voice systems and also seen the frustration enterprises have in trying to improve customer service while reducing IT costs. This blog is my contribution towards solving those problems. I can be reached at dan@interactive-digital.com
