Adaptive Audio is an add-on software option that can be implemented for any voice application. No changes to your IVR platform hardware, operating system or existing voice application tools are required.

To implement the pilot we obtain a copy of your voice application files via remote access or CD. Shortly thereafter, we provide an Adaptive Audio enhanced version of the application that your IVR administrator can provision on 1 - 4 ports of the system. Additional ports can be provisioned as you deem appropriate at no additional cost. The Adaptive Audio version of the application is run side-by-side with the standard version for a period of 14 days. Your current IVR and/or ACD call reports are used to show the exact difference in call duration and abandonment rates prior to purchasing a license.
