Yes. Adaptive Audio™ can be implemented on virtually any IVR Platform including Intervoice, Nortel MPS/VPS, Edify EVIP, Avaya Conversant and AIR, Aspect, Genesys and more.
2. Will it work with VoiceXML and Outsourced ASP Platforms?
Yes. There is a VoiceXML version of Adaptive Audio and through our partnership with Audium, we can provide a version that will work for most hosted IVR environments.
3. Do I need to change my IVR hardware?
No. Adaptive Audio is a software-only add-on option which uses your existing IVR hardware, operating system and application software.
4. Can I pilot Adaptive Audio prior to purchasing a license?
Yes. Our very low cost Pilot Program allows you to not only see Adaptive Audio in action, but also proves ROI before you purchase a full license.
5. Will it void my warranty/maintenance contract with my IVR vendor?
No. All installation, test and production is carried out by our Product Certified Partners in a manner that will not affect any existing warranty and/or service contracts you have with your supplier.
6. How do you prove tangible results in IVR performance?
Our Pilot Program allows you to run your voice applications side-by-side with and without Adaptive Audio. During the trial period, your IVR and/or ACD/PBX call reports are used to demonstrate the difference in call duration and IVR containment.
